I am a currently enrolled in MSI Human-Computer Interaction and User Experience at Drexel University in Philadelphia. I earned a professional diploma in User Experience Design with the UX Design Institute in early 2023. 

 

Ten years ago, I began working in the film and television industry in New York City, which coupled with my B.S. in Cinema & Photography from Ithaca College (2016), I learned many valuable lessons about how people view digital media. The filmmaker attempts to delve into the mind of the viewer in similar ways that a UX practitioner empathizes with the user. Both professions craft, frame by frame, always obsessing over the details, solving many problems along the way to arrive at the big picture. Many aspects of the UX process fascinates me, but none more than bringing creative solutions to human problems with technology, all while achieving business goals in the process; sounds like a win-win!

 

Outside of work, I am deeply passionate about outdoor recreation, unique travel experiences, and everyday adventures. I enjoy photographing friends in the mountains, as I am an avid skier, rock climber, and runner. Some of my favorite moments occur listening to a great story around a campfire.
